| 陸上自衛隊西部方面音楽隊委嘱作品。 MUSIC FESTIVAL 2010“西部方面音楽まつり”のテーマである“心に響け、熱き思い”というテーマに基づいた作品。タイトルには“西部方面”を象徴する“西”という語句を用いて名付けています。 私が九州でいつも印象的に感じることは壮大な大地と輝ける海の景色です。又、そんな風土で生活される人々ともたくさんお会いすることができましたが、表情豊かでエネルギーに満ちた想いを持っている方ばかり。そういった体感した記憶を西風に揺られながら全国に届けようと、ドラマティクに描いたのがこの作品です。この作品を通して自衛隊と地域の益々の交流が深まることを祈って作曲しています。 |
