■作品解説
「トランペット協奏曲」に続く，航空自衛隊中部航空音楽隊平成15年度委嘱作品。
大学時代にグリーグのピアノ曲に魅了された時期がありました。優しさと共にどこと なく寂しさを感じさせる作品，楽しく陽気な気持ちになる作品，民謡を用いた作品などグリーグの多彩 な作風に当時の私は強く憧れました。そんなグリーグの作品の中に 特に私の琴線に触れたものがありました。《抒情小品集第３集(op.43)》より“故郷 にて”。今回はこの作品の主題を用いた３分程度の小品をお楽しみください。（八木澤 教司）
